Tickets: Registering entitles you to a free ticket, however you are required to also bring a charity donation in cash of a minimum of £2.00 on the day.

Admittance: This ticket entitles you access to the morning Blue Juice Session, it does not give you access to the afternoon Blue Juice Festival. This is a free morning addition. All existing ticket holders are welcome but must still register for a ticket on Eventbrite.

Appearances Not Guaranteed: While we endeavour to have all advertised guest speakers and instructors present at the masterclass, their appearances are not guaranteed. Circumstances may arise that prevent a guest speaker from attending, including but not limited to illness, travel disruptions, or unforeseen professional commitments. We will make every effort to notify attendees of any significant changes to the schedule, but the event will proceed as planned regardless of any individual guest speaker's absence. No refunds or discounts will be provided due to the absence of a guest speaker.

Timings: The session will run from 10:00am to 13:00pm. Doors at 9:45am. Please keep an eye on socials.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, save as set out in point 3 of the Terms and Conditions.

1. The session reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session where it deems it necessary or appropriate due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control (for example, due to an epidemic, pandemic or act of God). In such instances, the team shall always seek to reschedule the event and your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you must notify the session in the specified deadline. In such instances you may cancel your order and will be eligible for a refund of the sale price of the ticket (excluding the booking fee paid). Failure to notify the session within the specified deadline that you are unable to attend the new date will be deemed to be a reconfirmation of your order for the ticket(s) for the new date, and you will not be able to claim a refund. In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled and not subsequently re-arranged, you will be entitled to a refund of the sale price of the ticket (excluding the booking fee paid). Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial purchase. Except as provided for in this clause 3, where an event is cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with this clause 3, the session shall have no further liability whatsoever to you.

2. Listing of tickets on any resale site other than our official reseller is not permitted and any Tickets seen so listed may be cancelled without refund (e.g. Viagogo, StubHub, Gumtree etc.)

3. If you have purchased a ticket from any site other than bluejuicefestival/Eventbrite or our official reseller, it is invalid and you will not be permitted entry. We suggest that you immediately claim a refund from the site you purchased the ticket from. Note that restrictions & measures are in place to prevent unauthorised resale, including on site ID checks.

4. Defaced tickets will not be accepted.

5. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult. Proof of age may be requested at the point of entry and at the bars.

6. Parents and/or guardians are responsible for their children.

7. Exposure to loud noise can damage hearing, particularly in children. Please come prepared with well-fitting ear protection.

8. By attending the Session you grant bluejucefestival full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media and press releases.

9. Professional photographic, video or audio reproduction of artists is prohibited. No recording of any kind without prior permission of the organisers. No drones are allowed.

10. The Session reserves the right to refuse admission or eject a ticket holder without compensation for unreasonable, anti-social or dangerous behaviour, or any behaviour that makes anyone feel unsafe. We also reserve the right to refuse admission or eject a ticket holder without compensation for any behaviour that contravenes our Safer Spaces and Inclusivity Policy. This is deemed to be (but not limited to) behaviour that targets someone’s Race, Nationality, Sexuality, Gender, Gender identity, Age, Disability, Religion or any other form of discrimination.

11. We design the site with your safety in mind. If you enter any unlit expanses, fenced-off areas, or sign-posted out-of-bound locations you do so at your own risk and the festival will not be liable.

12. No animals (except assistance dogs) are permitted.

13. No glass (bottles, jars etc) will be allowed into the Session.

14. No illegal drugs, legal highs or nitrous oxide are permitted.

15. No weapons are permitted.

16. Ticket holders are subject to search by authorised security upon entry and during the event.

17. The Session reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and you are responsible for checking these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain in compliance with them.
